HMWK for Thursday: read p. 646-652; p. 652#1-5
Monday: (Optional) present what you have researched (on your own) about a topic concerning something following the themes of:
Groundwater - quality and quantity (you can look into political viewpoints surrounding water too)
Caves and sinkholes
Mineral formation
Rock differentiation
Or be creative if you like with something not listed if you can relate it. :)
~5 minute presentation (or more if you wish), with sources - may be multimedia like a prezi or slideshow, a poster, or just a lecture or sketches on the board.
Points will be counted as optional assignment points; will only help your grade. The number of points will depend on the quality, difficulty, research, knowledge shared in the presentation, but I expect to range between 10 and 40 for most folks.
Friday, 3/28 we will be in the Library Computer Lab; you may use this time to research or if you prefer, you may work on a different optional assignment. I will have it posted here by Friday.
